Yoine（以下「本アプリ」）は、個人情報や利用データを自動収集しません。任意のアンケートへの回答については下記をご覧ください。
データの収集・送信について
- 本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、個人情報を収集しません。
- 音の生成・再生、設定と記録の管理は端末内で行います。App Storeでの商品情報の取得、購入・復元、購入状態の確認にはAppleのStoreKitを通じた通信を利用します。
- 設定（シーン、就寝・起床時刻、音量上限など）・再生記録・利用夜数は端末内に保存され、自動送信されません。「診断データを共有」を選ぶと、設定と再生記録を自分で選んだ共有先へ送ることができます。
- 第三者の分析・広告SDKは使用していません。決済はAppleが処理し、本アプリはカード番号などの決済情報を取得しません。
- 通知は端末内で完結するローカル通知のみで、任意（既定オフ）です。
任意の匿名アンケート
設定画面から外部ブラウザでGoogleフォームを開けます。リンクには利用夜数・購入状態・個人や端末の識別子を含めません。参加は任意で、回答しなくてもアプリを利用できます。
フォームで自分で入力し送信した利用夜数とYoine Fullの購入状況を開発者が受け取り、無料・有料機能の改善のために集計します。氏名・メールアドレスは求めず、Googleへのログインも必須ではありません。回答を広告・宣伝や個人の特定に使うことはありません。
Googleフォーム上でのデータの扱いには、Googleのプライバシーポリシーも適用されます。

本アプリは医療機器ではなく、疾患の診断・治療・予防を目的とするものではありません。

Yoine ("the App") does not automatically collect personal information or usage data. See below for information about optional survey responses.
Data Collection and Transmission
- The App requires no account and collects no personal information.
- Sound generation, playback, settings, and playback history are handled on your device. The App communicates through Apple StoreKit to retrieve product information, make or restore purchases, and check purchase status.
- Settings (scene, bedtime/wake time, volume limit, etc.), playback logs, and nights of use are stored on your device and are not sent automatically. If you choose Share Diagnostics, you can send settings and playback logs to a destination you select.
- No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs are used. Apple handles payments; the App does not receive payment details such as card numbers.
- Notifications are local-only and optional (off by default).
Optional Anonymous Survey
A link in Settings opens Google Forms in your external browser. The link contains no nights of use, purchase status, or personal or device identifiers. Participation is optional and does not affect your use of the App.
The developer receives the nights of use and Yoine Full purchase status that you enter and submit, and aggregates them to improve free and paid features. We do not ask for names or email addresses, and Google sign-in is not required. We do not use answers for advertising, marketing, or identifying individuals.
Google's privacy policy also applies to data handled by Google Forms.
