Yoine（以下「本アプリ」）は、個人情報およびいかなる利用データも収集しません。

データの収集・送信について

• 本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、個人情報を収集しません。
• 本アプリはネットワーク通信を行いません。すべての機能は端末内で完結します。
• 設定（シーン、就寝・起床時刻、音量上限、ミキサー調整など）と再生記録は端末内にのみ保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。
• 第三者の分析・広告SDKは使用していません。
• 通知は端末内で完結するローカル通知のみで、任意（既定オフ）です。

免責事項

本アプリは医療機器ではなく、疾患の診断・治療・予防を目的とするものではありません。

• The App requires no account and collects no personal information.
• The App performs no network communication. All features work entirely on your device.
• Settings (scene, bedtime/wake time, volume limit, mixer adjustments, etc.) and playback logs are stored only on your device and are never transmitted.
• No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs are used.
• Notifications are local-only and optional (off by default).
